# MAT EMULSION PAINTS RAINBOW PAINTS ## Product Code No.860 ## Type Matte water-based wall paint formulated with waterborne resin featuring excellent water and alkali resistance, matched with hiding pigments and functional additives. ## Application Protective & decorative topcoat for interior cement, brick and gypsum substrates of office buildings, tourist hotels, public facilities, hospitals, retail stores and residential buildings. ## Properties 1. Tap water as solvent, non-toxic, odor-free, low VOC and non-flammable 2. Dilutable with tap water to greatly cut construction costs 3. Delicate micro-matte finish, tough coating film with soft elegant appearance and easy cleaning 4. Outstanding water and alkali resistance ## Specification Data - Gloss: Matte - Color: White - Covering Power: ≥7 ㎡/L - Specific Gravity: ≥1.3 kg/L - Viscosity: 90~110 KU (25°C) - Drying Time - Surface dry: Within 0.5 hour - Hard dry: Within 2 hours (25°C) - Film Thickness: Wet film 100 μm, Dry film 35 μm - Theoretical Coverage: 10.0 ㎡/L, 7.7 ㎡/kg - Recoating Interval: Minimum 3 hours - Volume Solids: 35% - Thinner: Tap Water - Thinner Dosage: 5~10% - Compatible Primers: No.410-1 Water-based Wall Primer, No.410-2 Alkali-Resistant Sealing Primer - Storage Stability: Minimum 3 years when stored in cool, dry place above 0°C ## Application Methods Brush Coating, Spray Coating, Roller Coating ## Construction Precautions ⚠️ 1. Stir thoroughly before use. Dilute with tap water if the paint is too thick, do not exceed the specified dilution ratio. 2. Fully remove grease, dust and other contaminants from substrate surfaces prior to construction. 3. Use Rainbow water-based colorants for tinting. 4. Fresh cement walls contain excessive moisture and free alkaline substances which will impair film performance and adhesion. Leave to fully dry for 2~3 weeks until moisture content drops below 12% before coating. 5.
