Stir thoroughly before use. Dilute with tap water if the paint is too thick; do not exceed the specified dilution ratio. 2. Thoroughly remove grease, dust and other contaminants from substrate surfaces prior to construction. 3. Fresh cement walls contain excessive moisture and free alkaline substances which will degrade film performance and adhesion. Leave to fully dry for 2~3 weeks until moisture content drops below 12% before coating. 4.
