Mix base and hardener fully per specified ratio, then let stand 10~20 minutes for reaction before use; dilute with tap water if needed within the stated dosage limit. 2. Thoroughly remove moisture, grease, dust and other contaminants from substrate surfaces before coating. 3. Fresh cement walls contain excessive free moisture and alkaline substances which reduce film performance and adhesion. Allow 2~3 weeks full drying until moisture content drops below 12% before construction. 4.
