Two-component heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating refined from refined coal tar, epoxy resin and special hardener.
## Application
Internal anti-corrosion coating for port facilities, ship ballast tanks, bridges, chemical plants, water channels, underground pipelines, power plant cooling water steel pipes and sewage steel pipes.

## Application Methods
Brush Coating, Airless Spray, Roller Coating
## Construction Precautions ⚠️
1. Mix base and hardener evenly per specified ratio, stand 10~20 minutes for reaction before use.
2. Thoroughly remove moisture, grease, sludge, dust, rust and corrosive contaminants from substrate surfaces.
3. Fresh cement walls contain abundant free moisture and alkaline substances which degrade film performance and adhesion. Allow full drying until moisture content drops below 12% before construction.
4. Avoid construction during rain or when relative humidity exceeds 85%RH.
5. Adequate ventilation is required when working inside tanks.
6. If recoating interval exceeds the specified maximum time, roughen the old coating surface to enhance interlayer adhesion.
7. Coal tar bleed-through will occur if topcoated; this product cannot be overcoated with colored finish coats.
