Wuxi synovial anti fouling paint SP-120

# TIN-FREE HYDROLYSIS SELF-POLISHING A/F RAINBOW PAINTS ## Product Code RAINBOACE 120 (SP-120) ## Type Long-acting self-polishing antifouling coating composed of tin-free functional metal silyl copolymer and inorganic biocide. ## Application Long-term bottom antifouling coating for ship hulls. The coating film polishes uniformly under water flow impact, delivering a smooth surface that significantly reduces fuel consumption and avoids seawater pollution. Its antifouling service life is proportional to the dry film thickness. ## Properties 1. Tin-free resin formula, no marine environmental pollution 2. Gradually polished by water flow to maintain a fresh, smooth coating surface 3. Smooth film minimizes fluid resistance, saving approximately 4% fuel consumption 4. Tough coating film 5. Ultra-fast drying speed ## Specification Data - Color: Reddish Brown, Brown, Blue, Blue-Green, Black - Gloss: Semi-gloss - Volume Solids: 64 ± 2% - Recommended Film Thickness: Wet film 157~235 μm (6.2~9.4 mil), Dry film 100~150 μm (4~6 mil) - Theoretical Coverage: 4.25~6.36 ㎡/L - Compatible Primers: - SP-47: Universal Full Ship Primer (EP-111) - SP-50: One-Coat Hull Anti-Corrosive Primer (EP-05) - SP-47-1: Universal New Construction Primer (EP-116) - SP-71: Fresh Water Tank Coating - Specific Gravity: Min. 1.5 Kg/L - Viscosity: 100 ± 10 KU (25°C) ## Mixing & Thinning - Thinner: No.1407 Rubber Thinner (RP-71) - Thinner Dosage: 0~3% by weight ## Application Method Airless Spray ### Airless Spray Operating Parameters - Nozzle Size: 0.021" ~ 0.035" - Secondary Air Pressure: 5 ~ 6 Kg/cm² - Pressure Ratio: 45 : 1 or higher ## Drying Time - Tack-free: Within 1 hour - Hard Dry: Within 6 hours (25°C) ## Recoating Interval Minimum 6 hours (25°C) ## Storage Stability - Shelf Life: 1 year under normal room temperature storage - Storage Temperature: Above 26°C (80°F) ## Precautions ⚠️ 1. Complete safety protection measures must be implemented during spraying operations. 2. Apply the first and second coats with different color batches for easy visual distinction. 3. Actual coverage of the paint varies depending on workpiece size, shape and working environment.
