# WATER-BASED INTUMESCENT FIRE-RESISTANCE MASTIC COATING
RAINBOW PAINTS
## Product Code
FM-906
## Type
Water-based intumescent fire-resistant coating formulated with non-combustible resin, special pigments and additives. When exposed to fire, the film expands to form sponge-like foam insulation, which effectively blocks heat conduction and slows temperature rise of steel structural components.
## Application
Fire protection for beams, columns of steel structures. Various fire resistance durations (30, 60, 90, 120, 180 minutes) can be achieved by adjusting dry film thickness.
## Properties
1. Low-temperature activation: Foam layer forms above 200°C, expanding dozens of times to insulate heat and protect structural safety.
2. Asbestos-free: No asbestos fiber contained in the coating.
3. Thin film fireproof performance: Outstanding fire resistance with minimal dry film thickness.
4. Smooth & aesthetic surface: Uniform flat finish after spraying, compatible with all topcoat colors.
5. High build, easy to apply.
