# EPOXY SELF-LEVELING MORTAR
RAINBOW PAINTS
## Product Code
NO.1029C
## Type
Self-leveling resin mortar formulated with epoxy resin, hardener and graded silica sand.
## Application
Floor surfacing for heavy machinery plants, chemical factories, electronic tech factories, assembly workshops, laboratories, GMP pharmaceutical plants, operating rooms, wastewater treatment plants, ramps and parking garages.
## Properties
1. Strong adhesion to cement and steel substrates, no cracking or peeling
2. Excellent mechanical performance, withstands heavy stacking loads and rolling of large vehicles
3. Resistant to a wide range of acids, alkalis, solvents and other chemicals
4. Free of deformation under drastic temperature fluctuations
5. Good sanding and leveling performance, no sand residue sticking to abrasive cloth
6. Self-leveling after trowel application without floating sand; solvent-free topcoat can be applied directly without intermediate sanding layer, saving labor and construction time

## Construction Precautions ⚠️
1. Mix base and hardener uniformly in specified ratio first, then add graded silica sand and stir thoroughly.
2. Fully remove all surface contaminants including moisture, grease, sludge and dust from substrates.
3. Avoid construction on rainy days or when ambient relative humidity exceeds 85%RH. Ensure full surface dryness for damp substrates.
4. Cement floor moisture content must be below 12%; flame forced drying is required if moisture exceeds 12%.
5. Cement floor compressive strength shall be at least 150 Kg/cm², free of oil stains, loose sand grains and dust.
6. Wear gloves during construction to prevent direct skin contact.
7. The listed mixing ratio is standard. Contact our technical department for customized requirements.
