# EPOXY LEVELING MORTAR RAINBOW PAINTS ## Product Code NO.1029A ## Type Self-leveling resin mortar composed of epoxy resin, hardener and graded silica sand. ## Application Floor surfacing for heavy machinery plants, chemical factories, electronic factories, assembly workshops, laboratories, GMP pharmaceutical factories, operating rooms, wastewater treatment plants, ramps and parking garages. ## Properties 1. High adhesion to cement and steel substrates, free of cracking and peeling 2. Superior mechanical performance, withstands heavy stacking and heavy vehicle rolling load 3. Excellent resistance to a wide range of acids, alkalis and solvents 4. No deformation under drastic temperature changes 5. Good sanding & leveling property, no sand sticking to abrasive cloth 6. Self-leveling after troweling without floating sand; solvent-free topcoat can be applied directly without intermediate sanding layer, saving labor and construction time ## Specification Data - Color: Natural color, custom specified color - Specific Gravity: ≥1.1 Kg/L (resin mixture) - Viscosity: Paste form (mixed compound, 25°C) - Drying Time - Tack-free: Within 6 hours - Hard dry: Within 12 hours - Full cure: 7 days (25°C) - Dry Film Thickness: 1~3 mm - Theoretical Coverage: 3.5 Kg/㎡ @ 2 mm dry film - Recoating Interval: Minimum 12 hours - Mix Ratio: Base : Hardener : Graded Silica Sand = 22.5 : 7.5 : 50 (by weight) (or follow factory specified ratio) - Pot Life: 30 minutes (mixed mortar at 25°C) - Thinner: No.1005 Rainbow Thinner (SP-12) - Thinner Dosage: Dilution not allowed; only for tool cleaning - Compatible Topcoats: No.1001 Epoxy Topcoat (EP-04), No.1015AS Solvent-Free Anti-Static Topcoat, No.1098W Conductive Primer - Storage Stability: Minimum 1 year under normal storage ## Application Method Manual trowel application ## Construction Precautions ⚠️ 1. Mix base and hardener uniformly in specified ratio first, then add graded silica sand and stir thoroughly. 2. Completely remove all surface contaminants including moisture, grease, sludge and dust from substrates. 3. Stop construction on rainy days or when ambient relative humidity exceeds 85%RH. Fully dry damp substrates before application. 4. Cement floor moisture content shall be controlled below 12%; flame forced drying is required if moisture exceeds 12%. 5. Cement floor compressive strength shall be at least 150 Kg/cm², free of oil stains, sand grains and dust. 6. Wear gloves during construction to avoid direct skin contact. 7. The mixing ratio stated above is standard. Contact our technical department for special customization requirements.
