# EPOXY ANTI-STATIC COATING RAINBOW PAINTS ## Product Code NO.1015AS ## Type Two-component solvent-free conductive topcoat formulated with special solvent-free epoxy resin, hardener and conductive pigments. ## Application Floor coating for electronic tech factories, wafer processing plants, cleanrooms, laboratories, hospital biotech zones, precision instrument rooms, computer rooms, powder processing plants, textile mills, solvent storage warehouses, ammunition depots and other areas. ## Properties 1. Tough coating film with excellent adhesion 2. Outstanding water and oil resistance 3. Single coat achieves dry film thickness over 200 μm 4. Excellent chemical and corrosion resistance 5. Mix base and hardener uniformly in specified ratio prior to use. 2. Thoroughly remove all surface contaminants including moisture, grease, sludge and dust from substrates. 3. Avoid construction on rainy days or when ambient relative humidity exceeds 85%RH. Ensure full surface dryness for damp substrates. 4. Clean all coating equipment immediately after use. 5. If applied directly on cement substrates, wait until the surface is fully dry before construction. 6. Sand the coating surface if recoating interval exceeds specified time to guarantee interlayer adhesion.
