Conventional Spray, Airless Spray
## Construction Precautions ⚠️
1. Thoroughly remove grease, moisture, dust, old paint film, rust and corrosive contaminants from substrate surfaces; blast clean to SIS Sa 2 1/2 or hand tool clean to SIS St 3.
2. Galvanized and stainless steel substrates require sweep blasting (SIS Sa 1) prior to coating.
3. Dilute base component evenly with thinner first before adding hardener.
4. Avoid sagging during spraying; single pass wet film thickness shall not exceed 300 μm.
5. If this coating is used for external exposed components, topcoat with matching finish coat for extra protection.
6. Leave coating fully cured for 7 days at ambient temperature after construction; the cured film will not crack under alternating temperature cycles from room temperature to 300°C.
7. Avoid construction on rainy days or when relative humidity exceeds 85%RH. Fully dry damp surfaces prior to coating.
