# HEAT-RESISTING TOP COATING
RAINBOW PAINTS
## Product Code
No.1569
## Type
Two-component topcoat made of moisture-cured inorganic polymer, matched with heat-resistant and weather-resistant pigments; fully cures at ambient temperature without heating.
## Application
Topcoat for high-temperature anti-corrosion coating systems to boost overall weather resistance.
## Properties
1. Excellent heat resistance, withstands up to 650°C continuous temperature
2. Hard dry within 8 hours at ambient temperature
3. Can be sprayed over No.1566, 1567, 1568, IZ-01 and other matching heat-resistant primers & inorganic zinc-rich primers to protect the underlying heat-resistant coating
4. Superior anti-rust performance on repeatedly heated systems
5. Effectively protects the base anti-corrosion layer and extends system service life
6. Good moisture resistance under hot-cold alternating environments
7. Certain colors may fade at high temperatures, but this will not affect the coating film’s physical properties

## Application Methods
Brush Coating, Airless Spray, Conventional Spray
## Construction Precautions ⚠️
1. Thoroughly remove grease, moisture, dust, rust and other contaminants from substrate surfaces before coating.
2. This heat-resistant topcoat shall be applied over primed substrates with No.1566, 1567, 1568, IZ-01 or equivalent heat-resistant primer & inorganic zinc-rich primer to extend system service life.
3. Product may separate after long-term storage; stir fully before use.
4. Avoid construction during rain or when relative humidity exceeds 85%RH. Fully dry damp substrates prior to coating.
