# SYNTHETIC ZINC PRIMER (1-PACK) RAINBOW PAINTS ## Product Code No.912 (SP-07) ## Type Single-component high-performance anti-rust primer refined from synthetic resin and high-quality zinc powder. ## Application Long-term anti-corrosion primer for steel structures such as storage tanks, bridges and steel frames; also used as prefabricated steel plate shop primer. ## Properties 1. Fast drying, excellent adhesion 2. Single-pack paint, no pot life limitation and no mixing hassle 3. Outstanding mechanical abrasion resistance 4. Slight charring during cutting or welding of pre-coated substrates 5. Powerful anti-rust performance, can serve as maintenance primer 6. Zinc powder has high specific gravity and tends to settle; stir thoroughly before use. Dilute with thinner within specified dosage if paint is too thick. 2. Fully remove moisture, grease, dust, rust and corrosive salts from substrate surfaces to ensure full protective performance. 3.
