Good abrasion resistance ## Specification Data - Color: Transparent liquid - Specific Gravity: ≥1.0 kg/L (mixed paint) - Viscosity: 60~80 KU (25°C) - Drying Time - Surface dry: Within 2 hours - Hard dry: Within 10 hours (25°C) - Full cure: 7 days - Film Thickness: Wet film 50 μm, Dry film 25 μm - Theoretical Coverage: 20.0 m²/L, 20.6 m²/kg - Recoating Interval: Min. 12 hours, Max. 5 days (25°C) / 3 days (30°C) - Volume Solids: 50% - Thinner: No.1005 Thinner SP-12 - Thinner Dosage: 0~20% (adjusted per construction tool) - Compatible Primers & Intermediate Coat: NO.1001 Epoxy Topcoat, NO.1073 Elastomeric Clear Sealer - Storage Stability: Minimum 3 years under normal storage ## Application Methods Brush Coating, Air Spray, Airless Spray, Roller Coating ## Construction Precautions ⚠️ 1. Mix base and hardener evenly as specified, stand 10~20 minutes for reaction before use. 2. Thoroughly remove moisture, grease, dust, rust and corrosive contaminants from substrate surfaces prior to coating. 3. Avoid construction when temperature below 10°C or relative humidity exceeds 85%RH; fully dry damp surfaces before application. 4. Clean all spray tools immediately after use. 5. Maintain adequate ventilation during confined tank interior construction. 6. Roughen the aged coating surface if recoating interval exceeds the limit to enhance interlayer adhesion. 7.
