# EPOXY CLEAR SOLVENTLESS RAINBOW PAINTS ## Product Code No.1014 ## Type Two-component solvent-free transparent coating made of special solvent-free epoxy resin and curing agent. ## Application Acid & alkali resistant transparent finish for cement walls, cement pipelines, cement products, tank linings and factory floor slabs. ## Properties 1. Tough coating film with strong adhesion 2. Excellent oil resistance, water resistance and seawater resistance 3. Single coat achieves thick film over 200μm without pinholes 4. Good abrasion resistance 5. Excellent acid & alkali resistance ## Specification Data - Color: Semi-transparent liquid - Specific Gravity: ≥1.0 kg/L (mixed paint) - Viscosity: Paste state (25°C) - Drying Time - Tack-free: Within 6 hours (25°C) - Hard dry: Within 18 hours (25°C) - Full cure: 7 days - Film Thickness: Wet film 205 μm, Dry film 200 μm - Theoretical Coverage: 4.9 m²/L, 4.9 m²/kg - Recoating Interval: Minimum 24 hours, no maximum recoating time limit - Volume Solids: Above 98.0% - Pot Life: 15 minutes after mixing at 25°C - Thinner: No.1005 Thinner SP-12 (only for tool cleaning) - Thinner Dosage: 0~3% - Storage Stability: Minimum 3 years under normal storage ## Application Methods Flow Coating, Brush Coating ## Construction Precautions ⚠️ 1. Mix base and hardener evenly as specified and apply immediately after mixing. 2. Fully remove moisture, grease, dust, rust and corrosive contaminants from substrate surfaces before coating. 3. Fresh cement walls contain abundant free moisture and alkaline substances which impair film performance and adhesion; fully dry until moisture content drops below 12% before construction. 4. Avoid construction when raining or relative humidity exceeds 85%RH; fully dry damp surfaces first. 5. Clean all coating tools immediately after use. 6. If recoating interval exceeds the specified limit, roughen the existing film surface to improve adhesion; double-coat application is not recommended. 7.
