# EPOXY MIDDLE COATING RAINBOW PAINTS ## Product Code No.1060 ## Type Two-component intermediate coating formulated with epoxy resin and special hardener, matched with special pigments. ## Application Anti-bubble intermediate coat applied over shop-primed steel structures (storage tanks, steel frames, bridges, factory equipment); also intermediate coating for cement walls and cement products. ## Properties 1. Tough, flexible coating film with excellent adhesion 2. Strong adhesion on zinc-rich primed steel, fills primer voids to prevent topcoat bubbling 3. Excellent abrasion resistance and electrical insulation performance 4. Mix base and hardener evenly per specified ratio, stand 10~20 minutes for reaction before use. 2. Fully remove moisture, grease, sludge, dust, rust and corrosive salts from substrate surfaces to guarantee full protective performance. 3. Avoid construction when temperature below 10°C, rainy days or relative humidity exceeds 85%RH; fully dry damp surfaces before coating. 4. Clean all coating equipment immediately after use. 5.
