Good heat resistance, withstands continuous 200°C service temperature 2. Excellent acid & alkali resistance, complies with ASTM C267 standard 3. Can be overcoated over inorganic zinc primer to boost anti-corrosion performance 4. Excellent protective performance on heat cycling service systems 5. Must be topcoated for outdoor exposure; No.1569 for high-temperature service, PU or fluorocarbon topcoats for ambient temperature systems ## Specification Data - Gloss: Flat - Color: Black, Brown - Specific Gravity: ≥1.30 kg/L (mixed paint) - Viscosity: 90~110 KU (25°C) - Drying Time - Tack-free: Within 2 hours - Hard dry: Within 24 hours (25°C) - Full cure: 7 days - Film Thickness: Wet film 415 μm, Dry film 250 μm - Theoretical Coverage: 2.4 m²/L, 1.7 m²/kg - Recoating Interval: Min. 18 hours, Max. 5 days (25°C) / 3 days (30°C) - Volume Solids: 60% - Pot Life: 5 hours at 25°C - Thinner: No.1005 Rainbow Thinner - Thinner Dosage: 5~10% (only for tool cleaning) ## Compatible Primers Steel substrates: No.908 Rust Preventive Primer (SP-01), No.1006 Epoxy Zinc Rich Primer, No.1011 Inorganic Zinc Primer, No.1021 Inorganic Shop Primer Concrete substrates: No.1073 Clear Epoxy Sealer ## Compatible Topcoats Full range of Rainbow topcoats, polyurethane topcoats, chlorinated rubber topcoats ## Storage Stability: Minimum 3 years under normal storage ## Application Methods Brush Coating, Airless Spray, Roller Coating ## Construction Precautions ⚠️ 1. Mix base and hardener evenly as specified, stand 10~20 minutes for reaction before use. 2. Fully remove moisture, grease, sludge, dust, rust and corrosive salts from substrate surfaces to ensure full protective performance. 3. Avoid construction when temperature below 10°C or relative humidity exceeds 85%RH; fully dry damp surfaces before coating. 4. Clean all spray tools immediately after use. 5. Maintain adequate ventilation during confined tank interior construction. 6. Roughen the aged coating surface if recoating interval exceeds the limit to improve interlayer adhesion. 7. Coal tar bleed-through will occur; this product cannot be overcoated with colored topcoats. ## Note All datasheet data are internal laboratory test results for construction reference only.
